Kenrick-Glennon Seminary hosted its 24th annual Kenrick-Glennon Days (KGD). The three day summer camp, led by the vocations office, helps the discernment of sixth- through -ninth grade boys as they get first-hand experience of seminary life .
Jack Nowak (last photo) attended the camp as a camper, counselor and now as an incoming seminarian.
“KGD really started my whole discernment process,” Nowak said. “Before my first KGD, I had never really thought about the priesthood. I remember particularly being struck by night prayer. When I walked into St. Joseph Chapel, I just felt very much at home and at peace in that chapel.”
